Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity? We’re looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our team! If you have a bachelor’s degree in a human resources-related field and are fluent in both Spanish and English, we want to hear from you.
🔹 Location: Richmond Hill.
🔹 Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a human resources-related field, 1-2 years of recruiting experience, fluency in Spanish, strong communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Responsibilities: Sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, managing the full recruitment process from start to finish
🔹 English level: Fluent.
🔹 Position type: Full-time 40 hours per week.
