🔹 Location: Richmond Hill
🔹 Requirements:
- Tech savvy – medium knowledge of Microsoft Office products like Word and Excel, cloud storage like Google Drive, digital sign tools
- Should know tools that aid in compressing, organizing, merging, and splitting of PDFs
- Good customer service skills – should know how to take up and handle calls/deal with the situation.
- Be confident with the clients when responding to calls/emails
- Be analytical and curious, adept at troubleshooting and sourcing information and skilled at researching databases.
- Attention to detail.
- Carrying out volume immigration casework for Canada, and following up.
- Have a bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of work experience dealing with immigration law.
🔹 Responsibilities:
- Monitoring application deadlines and completing assigned work within the appropriate time limits.
- Minimizing senior management involvement while considering alternatives and making appropriate decisions.
- Monitoring expiry dates and alerting the client appropriately.
- Ensuring that the appropriate client records are established and maintained and that key correspondence and documentation are saved into the CRM.
- Working with professionalism, honesty and integrity always maintains confidentiality and models the company values.
🔹English level: Fluent (A second language it is appreciate).
🔹 Position type: Full-time / Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
